Rachael Fox, Director of Recruiting - Sylvia Sweezy Vice President - Ashley Stradler, Vice President: 

All three of these indivduals are running and participating in a scam at Voca.

Rachael Fox is nothing more than an account manager, but Voca brough her on as "director of recruiting" because they clearly couldnt hire an actual director to fill the role. 

Sylvia Sweezy is one of the many "vice presidents" there. Ashley Stradler is also another "vice president". 

Long story short, these three engage in highly unethical recruiting practices. They are all involved in the hiring process for the recruitment team at Voca. When you interview for a recruitment position for a travel nurse or allied recruiter, you will interview with all three of these people. They will sell you on their "great company culture", how they are a highly experienced team of experienced travel nurse and allied recruiters, managers, directors, and vice presidents. They also will sell you on how they pay 20% comissions. They also will sell you on the idea that they will be rapidly growing and promotion opprotunities are widely available, even though in reality they are not.  In addition to all of this, they will try and minimize their ULTRA LOW base pay of $40,000 per year (even though they only want experienced recruiters). 

Now here is where the scam and unethical practices begin. Once you agree to come on board (they offer to just about anyone with a pulse), its a completely different story! The company is so disorganized and mismanaged. Training is a joke (there really is no training). Its more of a crash course on their disfunctional systems and processes and then you are in your role doing your day to day. Their pay rates are far from competitive in the market and their onboarding team for travel nurses and allied workers is a MESS. No one gets started on time and everyone is contstanly making mistakes and no one takes accountability. People get fired WEEKLY (if not daily) here. I think the average tenure is around 3 months. Yes, you read that correct, 3 MONTHS AVERAGE TENURE. Most employees either quit or are "fired" after only 1-2 weeks. Everyone is highly micromanaged to an uncomfortable and highly stressful level. They want to pay next to nothing for highly experienced employees, give them next to 0 resources, pay them next to nothing, and somehow expect them to perform at a world class level. If the employee succeeds dispite all of the mismanagement, stress, and lack of resources to do their job, the company keeps 80% of the comission and risks a small base pay. If the employee fails because the company and everything going on in it is against them performing well, the company risks and loses nothing. Total scam! 

I have never in my entire life, witnessed a company as mismanaged as this. They take highly experienced recruiters from well estabilished and highly reputable companies, offer them the world, and then literally give then HELL. And the interesting thing is that Raechel Fox, Syliva Sweezy, and Ashley Stradler are all complicit in these highly unethical and scammy business practices. All three of them (Sylvia, Raechel, and Ashley) know exactly what lies they are telling and still carry on as of nothing is wrong. They know that they are going to fire 90% of the people they hire in the first 2 weeks and then repeat the process. They know they are investing nothing into the success of their recruiters. They know that they are asking people to write fake positive reviews on glassdoor to lure more victims into their scam. They know that they are asking people to leave reputable companies to join their company which is a total mess. They participate in this scam because they are getting compensated at a high level to do so. They dont care about the implications they have on people's careers and livilyhoods. 

I want everyone to know that Raechel Fox, Sylvia Sweezy, and Ashley Stradler are scammers. Voca is a scam as well. Do not do business with Voca. Do not hire Raechel, Sylvia, or Ashley. And if you do decide to do business with Voca or hire Raechel, Sylvia, or Ashley in the future, at least you have been warned. 

Dont take my blind word for all of this. look into this company and their businsess practices for yourself. You will see that every word I am saying is 100% true.
