This scam artist will ask you for many deposits (opening fee, CMHC, submission etc) without providing any work, any results. See the fine prints in his contract for evidence. The money goes directly in his pockets, he nevers lands any financing. This is a 100% fraud guaranteed to waste your time and your money. I lost more than 12 000$.

Stellar Alliances c/o Raffaele Scrocco are approved by the AMF. We have been successfully helping our clients for 10 years. We service over one hundred clients per year.
All the financial institutions work with us and trust us.
Our mandates clearly specify exactly what we do with client fees. Never had any questions.
We have never asked for 12,000$ as the FALSE declaration read.
This FALSE declaration is surely from either a competitor (which we have many) or a disgruntled client who has nothing else better to do.
They do not provide any proof. Just negative words.
