Rapid Fullfillment SkinElements and EyeVibe Said it offered a "free trial" - only postage but then charged my almost $100 Pacoima,CA Internet

On Aug 11, 2016 I ordered through Rapid Fullfillment both Skin Elements Cream, Eye Vibe Solution.  They offered a "free trial" of their skin products which turned out to be a subscription only mentioned in the fine print at the bottom and in the lengthy hidden terms you had to click on to see.

I called them immediately upon seeing a charge of $97.83 on my account and was told I could return the items for a FULL refund. I sent the items back via Priority Mail on 8/30/16 and checked to be sure the items were delivered and they were, on Sept 1, 2016.  

As of today, Sept 14, 2016 I had still not received my refund so I called again and was told there would be a $20.00 "restocking fee" and that they would only be refunding $77.83.  I was quite angry and threatened them with legal action.  Finally they agreed to refund ALL of my money.  They said my money should be back in my account in 7-10 business days and believe me if it isn't they'll be hearing from me again!! This is a huge scam!!!
