RazorJaw BBQ Green Thumb Farm NC Illegally using a NON-PROFIT for the disabled for their FOR-PROFIT Business Shelby North Carolina

The owners of "RazorJaw BBQ" aka "Green Thumb Farm NC" in Shelby NC are using Cleveland Vocational Industries, a NON-PROFIT for the benefit of the disabled, exclusively for their FOR-PROFIT barbecue business. According to the Secretary of State this business is owned by Shonna Snyder and Ozz Torresbustillo.  Starting in July 2023 they started using the kitchen at Alli's Cafe (that is owned by Cleveland Vocational and is 100% tax exempt) to cook and sell their barbecue to the public. All the proceeds from the barbecue sales go into the owner's own pockets. None of it goes to the non-profit. But they are using the full resources of the non profit to support their business. Very illegal and against the Federal and state tax laws. When asked to give their EIN number they responded with threats of phyiscal harm and lots of vulgar language. Many people are mad about this in the local community. Apparently the owner of this business knows the director of the organization and he is letting her use it as a favor even though it is illegal and they all know that it is illegal.
