Ready Debit Gold Green dot Prepaid debit card scam Internet

 I purchased a prepaid ready debit gold card to pay an urgent bill to preserve my credit score. The payment was declined due to an incorrect security ccv code. I confirmed the code was correct but the card still declined I called customer service and was told my card was blocked. The rep was not able to say why. The rep submitted a request for someone to review my account but it would take 48 hours. I called back 2 days later and was disconnected by the automatic system without speaking to anyone. I am unable to access my money. I am now past due with downgraded credi.
