Real Electronics Iouri Ogourtsov Robert Ogurzov Cornerstone Robert Ogurcov "Robert", real name is Iouri Ogourtsov, hires out of state sales reps to sell Brand New Samsung 4K Ultra HD 3D Curved TVs on craigslist and ebay. I purchased one of these TVs and was given 7-10 days for delivery time. The TV was supposedly in Bellevue, WA and only needed to be delivered to Spokane, WA, 4-5 hrs away. "Robert" guaranteed delivery on a Monday at 3 p.m. Confirmed that I would be home, sent me a text to inform me that the truck was in my area and the TV would be delivered in 20 minutes. There was no delivery, no TV and he did this everyday for a full week! Then he made some excuse about the delivery drivers taking off with all the TVs, so he was going to order me another TV from an outside source. The order was supposedly made, yet, he "conveniently" made an error in my phone number and my address. I noticed the errors immediately and informed my sales rep to have them fixed. After I wasn't able to access any tracking information after a week, I contacted to other company, who informed me that the order had been cancelled because it seemed to be a fraudulent charge. After almost 6 wks, I still do not have a TV or my money back and I just spoke to the sales rep, who informed me that "Robert" took all of the money from everything that he sold for him and failed to deliver any of the items to the customers. Now the sales rep is stuck having to pay back each of the customers out of his own pocket, which is over $24,000. This guy is nothing but a crook that keeps changing his company name, hiring unsuspecting sales reps to sell expensive products that will never get delivered and leave them holding a huge debt and a lot of customers that have been scammed out of their money. I purchased a Brand New Samsung 55" 4K Ultra UHD 9000 Series 3D Curved TV online from a hired sales rep of Real Electronics, LLC that is owned and operated by Iouri Ogourtsov aka Robert Ogurzov, which is the currently alias he is using. The sales rep that sold me the TV is also a realtor and his home address at 1320 142nd Place Bellevue, WA 98007 is owned under Iouri Ogourtsov, which doesn't necessarily make that his real name either. He has set dates and times for guaranteed delivery of my TV for weeks now. He has confirmed that I am at home, sent texts that the delivery truck was in my area and that the TV would be delivered within 20 minutes. He has had me sitting in my house for 3 weeks straight, promising delivery each day. I have even offered to go to the warehouse and pick up the TV myself. He then offered to refund $100 for the inconvenience.

Then he made up some excuse about his delivery service having problems, so he had to fire them. He then said that he would order me another TV from another outside source and have it delivered. He supposedly ordered it but "conveniently" made a mistake in my phone number and my address. I immediately noticed it and had my sales rep inform the company of the corrections, the same day the order was made.

After a week of not being able to access any tracking information, I contacted the new company to find out what was going on. They informed me that the order had been cancelled because the purchased seemed to be fraudulant. 

It's been nearly 6 weeks now, I still do not have a TV or a refund. I spoke to the sales rep and he informed me that none of the items that he sold to customers had been delivered. "Robert" had taken all of the money and stuck him with the responsibility of refunding the customers money, which was around $24,000. 

This crook just keeps hiring new sales reps, to stick with the debt of the money he steals, even though they think they are working for a legitimate company because he sends them some bogus contract. He changes the company name, his name and starts stealing from customers and the sales reps pay for it. It's time to stop this Russian crook for good!
