This company charges $399 for something you can do on your own for about $40 by getting your own signs from home depot or lowes and advertising for free on craigslist

Most realtors can feel somewhat uncomfortable when it comes to losing valued listings to the Commission free websites. Saving 4% to 6 % of ones total home value is a good thing? Right? Why shouldn't people have an oppertunity to list their home on a private sale website? I'm sure the Home Depot's signs are great, but from what I can see, NoComFee.com's sign package is extensive (6 signs), and their website is beautiful! If I were to sell my home in the future, I would surely consider this option!There are many Private sale websites out there to choose from. Pick one!
