I purchesed a product from company that was inferier and did not have what I wanted . They posted a big 7day guarentee. I asked for money back. they said no, and offered an additional product that I could not get to work in my software on my computer.

I asked for my money back. he called me a liar. not literally, by saying his product does work as though I don't know what Im saying. With no refund This is a rip off and unacceptable to me
