The seller implies that this is a new "Genuine" Dell part. But, when you go to their web site it says that they are salvagers and remanufacturers. That means they take scrap computers and strip them for USED parts to sell. Then when the part fails in less than two months, they cannot be reached by phone or email to discuss warranty! Don't ever buy from Red Planet Trading unless you accept that the item is used and has NO warranty.

By their own words: Dell Recovery Experts! Red Planet Trading, Inc. is a privately held electronics recycling company based in Hutto, TX. Since 2006 we have been offering our customers incredible bargains on used, recycled, end-of-life, overstock, and refurbished computers and accessories.
