Red Sky Travel Insurance Arch Insurance Kiss your money goodbye if you insure your travel through RED SKY Hunt Valley Maryland

We booked our 3 mos. vacation for 2021 on Jan. 10, 2020 through a rental agency (Sunset Rentals) that offered Travel Insurance through Red Sky.  The fee for this insurance was over $400.  One would think if a legitimate reason for cancellation arose, trip insurance would assure you would not loose any money.  Not the case with Red Sky.  Do not sign up for insurance through this company also known as Arch Insurance based out of Maryland.  

My husband has end stage renal disease and one month after we secured a property for 2021 his health started it's downhill spiral. On Feb. 20, 2020 I filed a claim and now it is mid June - they do not answer emails, when you call you are put on hold and there you die. They are not accredited with the BBB and their ratings and reviews are abysmal.

I am in the process of reporting them to the Maryland Dept. of Consumer Affairs, Property & Casualty Complaint Unit, Maryland Insurance Admin. and the Massachusetts Insurance Commission.  I am sure there are reputable insurance companies that offer Trip Ins. but please stay away from this company.  You will never see your money no matter how LIGITIMATE your claim may be and how well it is documented.  Stay away from RedSky@archinsurance.com
