Atrocious Apartment community. Do not be deceived by their sales pitch. They will lie. They will completely mis-represent anything and everything. Deception at best, theft at worst.

They will tell you cable and internet are included. Lies.

They will tell you utilities are included. Lies.

They will tell you valet trash service is included. Lies

These are some of the fees you will be hit with once you move in. It's nearly $200 above what you agree to. Ask any tenant here. They will tell you this is true. Then go sit in the office and listen to Heather lie to prospective tenants as they go through her sales pitch. Then call her out, because she's lost this little thing called integrity. It's not all her fault though, crooked companies birth crooked employees and this complex is well known for the theft that occurred with the previous administration here where the management staff stole cash that was rendered for rent payments. This went on for a year and happened to 12-15 tenants a month when it was Grande Pointe Ellevate Apartments. This should give you some idea about how zero accountability exists at Grande Pointe. Sadly, it seems they just moved a new circus into town with Heather and Sarah along with the shotty work their workmen perform. 

Then run. FAST.

This is the breakdown of the services Grande Pointe is deceptively forcing its tenants to pay.

$99 monthly cable fee, a $40 monthly utility reimbursement fee, a $15 monthly valet trash service fee, and a $5.00 monthly trash service fee. You'll hear nothing about this until you log into your payment portal and notice more illegitimate fees than legit ones. See photos here to substantiate.

Additionally you should not expect a prompt resolution of even the most pressing issues. We are currently still dealing with

A failed AC system that regularly achieves an inside temperature pushing 80 degrees

An HVAC system that clearly hasn't been cleaned in decades with visible dirt to substanciate, What we CAN'T see scares us. 

Mold in the bathroom which will simply be painted over if I WAS to compain...

Flooring coming up (this has already been fixed once and is pointless to continue having them bring the same useless contractors in who don't speak English, don't fix the problem and let themself into occupied homes with no warning or indication they will be entering ahead of time. Beyond unprofessional the office would give access to a unit that is occupied and not clearly insist that a contractor should knock before entering. It doesn't really matter. They literally use the cheapest "fixes" possible. What the hell was I even saying?

Windows have not been cleaned in a decade. The amount of filth, green slime that covers all windows is deplorable. 

Paint continues to chip off bath tub and sink. They paint the bathtub and sink apparently instead of replacing like anyone else would. Work orders have been made at least 5 times for this. On two separate work trips out of town they were to complete these. Never happened despite the fact that we were Promised to be done when we moved in but Heathers word is worthless per usual. 

Valet Trash service often does not happen. Drive through Grand Pointe and you'll often see many bags of garbage rotting outside of apartment homes, often broken open by animals. This is a service we are forced to pay, we're lied to about and does not happen. I can walk my happy a*s to the trash can. Please stop charging me for **** you don't even do that you lied about being free in the first place. 

Bathroom counter top needs replaced. Falling apart. Every time I wash my hands pieces of it rub off on my shirt. Gross.

Our "WIFI" thermostat has never worked. The office has failed to provide information how to set up despite the many emails and work orders since we have moved in asking for clarification. Stop telling people there are WIFI thermostats, they don't work and you clearly don't care. 

Bedroom ceiling is crumbling down onto our bed. Hopefully the popcorn ceilings don't have asbestos. If I don't get sick from that I assume I will get sick from the HVAC that has 2 decades of dust.

We still have never had an apartment unit on our door. Every order, deliver and every person who comes here has a hard time finding me. Do I really have to go buy house numbers from Walmart? Seriously?!?

Windows have ZERO insulation, many are not windows and have been TAPED in place with packaging tape. Of course this allows bugs in which is its own headache. Yes there is a woody area but when the window is put together in a less professional manner than a 5 year old would do, the problem is gonna be wayyyy worse.

Termites are endless.

Heather is clearly the person behind sales and profitability here... She shows the apartments and gives the sales presentation misinforming and misrepresenting perspective tenants while her assistant Sarah deflects all of the issues that are not properly being addressed here in the community while endless claiming to be "new"

Please let me overhear your staff telling somone lies the next time I come in the office...I cannot wait. You are ON NOTICE. We are watching, listening and RECORDING you and the things you are saying to hold you accountable. Your time is up.
