You will see email PROOF THAT MY LOAN APPROVAL CRITERIA WAS SENT TO DAVE WELL BEFORE THE ORDER STARTED.  HE RECIEVED IT AND SAW THAT IT SAID 700+ FICO ON ALL 3 BUREAUS AND STILL SENT JUNK CLIENTS.  Mind you, on a call with Dave, he told me it's impossible for anyone to have 700 plus on all three bureaus LMFAO!!!  But he said he will send PREMIUM CLIENTS!!! 

But since that was a PHONE CALL and not by text or email, he will definitely say "Oh I didn't say that, what i said was....blah blah....These dudes are NON PERFORMING RIP OFFS like so many fake companies on the net.  It's a Pool of Poop

If granted, I will be posting the "actual ad" that Red Triangle Media" put in craiglist that ACTUALLY said and i quote "APPROVAL ISNT CREDIT BASED"!!!  And this is coming from a MARKETING COMPANY who said I will be getting "PREMIUM PRE-FORECLOSURE LEADS" & HYPER TARGETED LEADS based on my Criteria 

I will also be contacting the client that saw that post if theres a copy in his sent folder.  I'm offering $2500 CASH TO ANYONE WHO CAN RETRIEVE THAT POST.

  If you're not happy with a company's performance, I mean you've came to the conclusion that they basically just "SUCK" and is not living up to your expectations and can NOT PRODUCE LEADS BASED ON YOUR CRITERIA and you REQUEST A REFUND and they tell you NO, then give you excuses about "Let us try again, our contract states we can try again"....

They are HORRIBLE at what they claim they do.  Now like DAve said to me,  Bad credit loans is a good business.  Maybe, Not for me.  I never paid for that.  How would you feel if you paid a company $2300 for PREMIUM REAL ESTATE LEADS and they send you some CLOWN with bad credit FROM CRAIGSLIST!!!!  Send you clients with disconnected numbers, bad credit, clients who don't respond, clients who are not EVEN LOOKING FOR FUNDING, And these supposed to be TARGETED PREMIUM LEADS!!! I will POST PROOF OF THAT ALSO!! When they said these are "TARGETED LEADS"!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm gonna POST THAT PROOF TOO.

Unfortunately this is a false review, fake, staged and heavily omitted.  This individual has targeted us just as he has targeted many marketing companies and is a gross habitual abuser of fake reviews using sites with no vetting process.  He poses as a fake customer, purchases service waits until services are fully delivered then complains and finds every reason to cry refund.

Becoming irate, threatening staff members etc.  This is his cycle as he then uses his life and kids and hides behind them to justify his behavior through false guilt and hardship.   He then threatens to extort money back from the marketing companies saying that he did not get the service he paid for.  The reason he does this is he will not work leads he only wants free and easy conversions. 

So he like many other designed these extortion tactics to get free leads, pick the good ones, then cowardly victimizes himself to get money back then repeats this process to other companies.  Most times when an idividual starts a complaint with this is 100% truth most times its heavily fabricated.

  Notice he does not use a company name he only states complaints as a phantom individual. a  so called "Whistle Blower"   We like many companies he has done this to try to contact him to discuss his issues and he always refuses to speak to any of us.  Because he knows we know he is lying and simply doing this to get free services then cash back.

He converts leads, but then says they are all bad except the ones he converts...Go Figure. But companies are wise to his act as he must use un-vetted channels to stage his false complaints and make himself unreachable.    But like any business knows after while you always get those customers who are fake, abusive or both and nothing you can do can make them happy because you cant make everybody happy which is simply part of business.
