On January 7,2021,sent box to Joyce Agustin,c/o :J.Paul Mercado,sometime on March 31-April 1,2021,an agent went to the above address,with the receipt,but the box not given,because apparently it was in another truck.To this day,no agent came back to deliver the box.e-mails sent to operations/inquiry-were blocked-undelivered/e-mails sent thru the support ,it stated received but no reply as to whether if box is delivered or on the way,phone messages left to agent 3-4-5x ,unreturned.Packing List:RH 35775.
I really appreciate,if you can extend help on this matter,please.
