I thought I finally found an honest guy to do the work. I had him replaced my skylights about a month ago, It rained few times, so far so good no leak yet. And then I recommended him to my client. He also repaired his roof about a month ago, so far I haven't heard any complain from my client, but it is still too early to tell. Again, I used his service  to fixed a leak between a pitched roof and flat roof. He recommended to replace the flat roof.  He gave me an estimate by using the google map to calculate the square footage of the roof and he said it is very accurate. He told me $1,650 for a flat roof about 10'X7' and it seems reasonable. I told him just go ahead and do it. I never bargain with him. This time he did a terrible job, let me wonder if he did my skylights right. After he finished, I went to see it, it didn't look right.  I am not a roofer, but I do have some common sense. He said the new material will  torch down.

I figured he offers warranty and he knows what he is doing, so I went ahead and gave him the money. The next day it rained, I texted him and let him know the problem. I also called him. He wouldn't pick up the call. What he did he just put the roof material on top of the existing leaky roof, he said he will go up 3 ft. to pitch roof nd put down new Architectural shingles. Yes he did go up 3 ft. to pitch roof, but he put new roof material on top of the roof shingle instead of underneath it.  When it rains, the water just run directly underneath the new roof material. He gave me 5 years warranty but he wasn't intended to honor the warranty. I called him hundreds of times, he doesn't return call. I texted him many times, same thing no reply. I know he knew it will have problem. He just somehow decide to scam me for the last job. Save your money and headache, you see this guy( His name is Chris Sicarelli) you better run. Read the ripoff report. I will file the complain to consumer affair and take him to small claim court.
