Reliant Capitol Robert, They installed 3 windows in my house and I have dirt on the inside fram. I called and was told that this is normal. I can't believe this stupid of a response. Dirt don't fly up to where the windolock Albuquerque, New Mexico

Reliant Capitol installed 3 windows in my house which are no good because I get dirt on the inside of the windows.
The dirt flies up to where the windolock is and to the inside edge on the buttom of the windows.
I have to leave my windows open an inch because I have a cooling system.
Even if we had a tornedo there is no way dirt should be where it is.
I was told when I unlock my window there will be a space true which dirt can come in.
This should not be.

When I bought this house it had the cheaped window possible and I dindt' have this problem.
I should be able to open my window us much us I want to withouth getting dirt where the window locks. The only dirt I should get is on my floor and the buttom of the window.
I don like to be plaid for a fool and this is what this company is doing to me.
I wish I had them checked out before.
I would never have hired them.
