Went in for a service put a deposit down. Day of service, the wrong hair was ordered the clor was diffrent and the amount was not enough. the stlyist was going to do my hair any way. and i told her she needed to get the coreect hair color amount and text correct cause there was no way for me to get my hair done with what she had. i couldntget that service dont so i took my existing extensions out and had her give me a relaxer. the follwing day i was suppose to get malysian sew in but because i had some scalp burn from the relaxer i decide to wait a week to get my hair done. so i exected to get my some of my money back from the $137.50 But no she said i wold be getting 20 dollars back because she doesnt know if im coming back next week. i dont know if she was going to do a good job. But hey what ever i lost $275.00 and learn a vaulable lesson i would never use her service again and i hope people read this and know not to use her again either.

Met the client  for an consultation on 3/14/2011 we discussed the details and basic questions she had before we decided to continue the process of installation. client signed my CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT which states that if she doesnt follow through with the service she would not recieve full reinburstment but she would be charged 50% for lost wages and time . she left a downpayment of $275 which is half of total charged of $550 . This was for the service of fusion strand by strand with hair included and relaxer service, I informed her that since she was already spending a lump sum of money that i would charge her $500 for the fusion and $50 for a relaxer(which is normally $80)this includes only 150 strands anything over a 150 strands would be paid out of pocket. she agreed and we set up and appointment for wed 3/16 .

The morning of 3/16 I met with the distributor and picked up the hair in which i noticed this wasnt the color i order but it was to late it waas the morning of so i decided i would just color the exstensions darker . when i informed the cliient she was very upset and stated that i should get the money back and order from someone else in which i agreed, after returning the hair i informed the client since she was not satisfied i would purchase bulk hair and make the strands myself she agreed and decided that we would try it again on 3/17 and that since we already had her booked for 3/16 we should take out her exstensions and give her a relaxer . while taking down her hair i noticed that the process she had in her hair was similar to the malaysian so i told her she said maybe ill try that next time. a while later clients says "you know what lets just do the malaysian i dont want to waste a lot of time . i informed her that it was fine i didnt mind but she insisted on doing the malaysian i said ok fine.) we continue to take down her hair and give her a relaxer and stlye her natural hair after finishing we decided that i would wash condition and treat her extensions and sheduled and appointment for the next day 3/17 at 10 am .

3/17 client was over 30 minutes late and i was not notified when she finally came informed her that i tried to contact her to she if she was late in which she responded that she had left her phone at home and didnt feel like going back to get it . then she says "i think im going to wait to get the malaysian because my scalp is irritated from the relaxer . I asked her why did she inform me before i booked because i still had to pay for the hours booked she didnt respond and said she just wanted her hair and that she would book with in the next week. she proceeded to ask how much was she recieving when i tried to tell her she was getting upset so i told her that we should discuss this at the front desk because there was another stylist there with a client . an i didnt want to cause a scence. i grab a peice of paper and break down the money for her .  " your down payment was $275 since you didnt follow through with that process you will recieve half of that back which is $137.50 minus your relaxer which is $80 and minus $40 for the wash blowdry and straightening on your extensions which leaves you a balance of $20. she began to raise her voice saying that im not understanding and that that was stupid shes suppose to recieve $137.50 back and its her choice of wether she wants to come back i broke it down again for her she then proceed to wlkout and slam the salon door and drove off. she proceed to text me calling me a robber and that i wasnt going to go far in life with that type of mindset .then sends me another text saying that since i was being unreasonable she would just set up and appoinment for next week in which i responded "I think that mabye you should find another stylist to assist you. I offered to fix this issue in which you chose not to and to storm out of the salon. she did responded with saying i thanks for robbing me and i hope you enjoy the money.

 And the next morning i googled my name and found this post.
