Renaissance Tree Service, John ("Andy") Beach, owner He failed to complete the job after being paid in full Manistee Michigan

Here's my story, you can decide for yourself whether to hire this company. 

I had a huge basswood tree in my yard that was rotten at the center and had to be removed so it didn't fall and damage my house.  I hired Renaissance Tree Service (owner John "Andy" Beach) to do so.  He cut it down and sawed it up.  I met with him the same day, July 29, 2015.   He sat at my kitchen table, looked me in the eye, and promised me that the tree would be completely removed the following day. I paid him in full.  I have a signed receipt for $900 that says "removal of tree".  Some of it was removed the following day, but a significant portion remained. 

As of August 22, three weeks later, it was still there.  Mr. Beach would not answer his phone or return my phone calls.  One of my neighbors finally cleaned it up for me on August 23.  I will never hire this company or this individual again.
