Rent Before Owning On-line Theft California

I visited this site a few times in July while I was looking for a house to rent.  From the initial website, there was a window that stated to click on it for free listings.  When I got to the second page, it stated that I couldn't assess any info without signing up.  I went to the next winow where it asked for my email address and name.  That was the only info it asked for and the ONLY info I gave to the site.  In July of this year 2015, this company somehow was able to get my bank info and fraudently charge me 47.00 for a fee for the service.  I called my bank and had this payment stopped.  The company had apparently found my bank card number from a website I had used at one time and applied it to their account.  These people are unscruplous thieves, please do not use their service.
