 I answered a posting for an apartment rental after not getting one that I had applied for. It was late evening and I am currently homeless. I found something in my price range and responded. I am mostly computer illiterate and that was the first ,and probably last time I will do that. I got the background check done (although it took me over 2 hours to figure out how to open it). When I emailed back, I heard nothing. Twice. Attempts to reach background check provider numerous times proved a waste of time. My calls were unanswered.
