Why would you pay $139.00 to access a list of rental properties? And, what do you expect the police will do if called?  They will simply refer you to the small claims court to get your money back... if this company will not respond to your requests for a refund, contact the BBB and the Consumer Protection Division of your State's Attoney General's office.
