This company is fraudulent. Feel free to check out the many reviews on their yelp account "fiore travel" that states they are closed. They didnt close, however they changed their name to fiore lounge because their reviews are terrible and they are scamming people. They recently changed their name to reserve membership to avoid the many fraud issues they are having with customers and their own employees / ex employees of whom they have not paid money that they owe which is why they have current cases open with the department of labor, including my own. The employees seem great and their presentation, promises, and atmosphere are very tempting. They'll even have you watching Wolf of Wallstreet having you thinking you're going to be some rich big shot off of sales, but take it from me, not everything that glitters is gold. These people are heartless. I waited patiently a long time and am now in a tough situation because they refuse to cut me (and many others) the checks they owe us... They cant because so many people cancelled their memberships and they're losing money on the bar because they drink all of their profits. To help with this they have since cut off employees from drinking in the job which they used to allow. Most of their coffee mugs contained what they call a "Fiore coffee," which consists of beer or vodka and a mixer. Anyway, so to avoid paying everyone and the legal issues they just hide like cowards and change their name. I'm still waiting on my last check fiore aka reserve membership! I'm sure I wont ever recieve the check as its been months, but the fact that you're scared and changing your name is letting me know that karma is doing its job quickly.

Fiore Travel, Fiore Lounge AKA Reserve Membership.

Hello to the person who thinks they are a certified mental help professional, you could not be more far off. Every single word that I stated about Fiore, MY experience, AND the yelp reviews is true. You can see the yelp reviews for yourself. As for Reserve Membership I was told by an employee of Fiore that the business had changed their name once again and this time to Reserve Membership. Since there was bad blood and they withheld and NEVER gave me my check by the way, I did not go back to verify that they did continue as Reseve Membership. The men in charge of Fiore (that I was told by their employee was going to be changing their name to Reserve Membership) are Michael Campagna (owner), Michaelangelo (goes by Ace) (owner) Nate and Austin Pena (supervisors), and Lance (payroll). Carissa and Darko who left 5 star reviews on yelp are not customers they are employees FYI. Now you have all of the info so you don’t have to sit here and waste your time trying to further diagnose my mental state on a situation you have no idea about. It does however sound like they changed their name to Reserve Membership since that is what is now there, but if those employees are not the owners, then they can not be held responsible. I have no more time to spend going back and forth on here as I did more than enough of that for months with the employees I listed, you’re welcome for the update.

You are a liar... RM has not been in business 7 years! You thieves are trying to fraud my girlfriend out of $3900! She is a single mother trying to raise her 13 year old on 20k per year!....

 Charles should be in prison...did you get the charges off your card? They used girlfriends info to get a RCI Mastercard & charge $3900.00 on it...on a card she hasn't even received!!!!

  Same presentation at Alexis garden, they opened a credit card based on girlfriends info. She has never received the card. She has received the bill where they charged up a quick $3900.00 on it. So now she is trying to dispute the transaction. Charles hasn't called with his threats yet, haven't heard from him since he made some more big promises.... This is blatant fraud!!!... Did you get your charges wiped out?

 I am going through a similar situation with Reserve Membership as the husband and wife. What happened with the credit card company, did they refund? Also, did they bit your credit score with the 150 points? Told me the same thing as well as adding a foreclosure along with it.

  My husband and I attended a presentation there in April 26, 2018 at Alexis Resort in Las Vegas and boy was it the biggest mistake. It took us about a month to finally get in contact with someone, which then we were informed we were beyond the 5 days we had to cancel. They proceeded to tell us how that in the state of Nevada, "legally” they are not required to disclose cancellation information in the contracts. They will NOT let you cancell!! I’ve sent certified letters and everything. Currently we are still in the dispute process. Originally they lied about the way we were going to be billed for this account. However, once we returned back to Texas from our vacation we received a bill in the mail advising us that they opened a credit card in my husbands name and charged the $4000 to their program. I of course tried to contact "customer service” which is simply impossible to speak to a REAL person. So I contacted the credit card company and advised them of what happened. I sent them a general statement on how we were not informed of the credit card and sent in contracts from the company. The credit card advised us to dispute the charge, as we did. Only then did they attempt to reach out. The guy named "Charles” persisted and demanded that we cancel the dispute with the credit card company otherwise they would send over their documents to prove it was a fraudulent charge on our behalf. I abruptly let "Charles” know that I had already sent the same documents to the credit card company that he claimed he would be sending along with our statement of what happened... He kept saying that if the claim continues then the credit card company would do a charge back and charge the money back to the card and we would still be responsible for the program and we would have no use of the program afterwards and they would send something to the credit bureaus and that would ding our credit about 150 points. I have been cooperating with the credit card company and they advised me that if they do not hear from them by August 8, then the claim will be closed in our favor... My issue is what will happen next? I sent them certified letters to cancel and still they won’t do anything. The issue I have is with them sending something to collections and them dinging our credit 150 points like they said would happen. Their services are garbage and we have received nothing of what they promised, ie "free trips” the voucher they gave at the presentation doesn’t work when you attempt to redeem it online... He always had an answer for everything but what I asked...Even if they send something to collections I will just dispute it because this should be illegal of them scamming people out of their hard earned money. My husband and I normally have a strong head when it comes to attending timeshares and walking out with out joining them but my husband said this one could be beneficial to his company gatherings with his colleagues. Turns out the same online searches you do YOURSELF is the same prices they quote you for the rooms as well. SO WHAT EXACTLY are we paying for? I wish this nightmare would just go AWAY!! Biggest mistake ever!!! I don’t even want to return to back Vegas after this ordeal. I feel so disgusted at the way they are allowed to scam people.

I never got the information or any telephone number to call, not even on my credit card bill.

I went to a presentation on Harmon Ave, Las Vegas NV on 3/28/2018 and was told I could only join if I applied for a RCI Credit Card. I did this and was told I would recieve all the information to set up my new account but never recieved anything but the credit card and the bill. If you have someone to contact please let me know.

 I read this statement in its entirety and all I can say is this person is obviously someone who was fired for the very unsavory activity they are claiming. I hope this person seeks the psychological help they so desperately need as anyone who would write such statements is very unstable and in need of immediate help! I am thrilled I have a membership with reserve and the program works extremely well! I have used it several times and have been thrilled with the huge savings! The staff at reserve is honest and ethical and were very specific in what the program is and would do and I found that to be the case. As they explained the parent company has been in business for 30 years and is out of Delaware it is highly respected. My best guess is that the disgruntled employee must have worked for the old company that went out of business and their anger and hatred they are spewing is about them and not anything or anyone at reserve I truly hope they get the mental help they so desperate seem to need

I am a 7 year employee of Reserve Membership who was involved in taking over the space once leased by a separate company named Fiore. It is understood that this report was written by a past employee of a separate company from Reserve Membership and is upset that either the company is gone or that their space has been taken over? 

As an employee of Reserve Membership I am extremely happy with my company and surroundings and would be happy to show anyone our award winning product. Reserve Membership has climbed the ranks in the travel industry worldwide and it si the best travel product that I have ever seen and used personally!

It is unfortunate that we took over the space of a company that has seemingly had issues in the past though I would like to make sure that everyone on this questionable 'review' site understands the ability of lease changes and is compassionate to companies that are making a mark as honest and positive product offering even in the highly competitive travel space!
