The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Gregory Fishman during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Resolvly.

Resolvly is strictly a lawyer referral service. Their business model is to find people that are in need of legal services and ask them a series of questions to see if they would be good candidates for affiliate law firms. Gregory Fishman expressed that once they believe a potential client could benefit from their service, "their passed off to the law firm to welcome the client in and see whether or not they would actually be a client."

The leads are processed through a do not call, and a federal do not call list, and then Resolvly will reach out to explain what the program would entail. In this initial call, Resolvly can assess if the lead is qualified to get help, or if they are trying to "dash a debt". The analyst at Resolvly will reach out to the potential client and take them through a series of questions that identify the type of debt, and the resolutions that Resolvly can offer. The potential client can then proceed to utilize their services once they are fully educated on what they have to offer.



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – RESOLVLY

During the on-site interview, Mr. Fishman was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Fishman expressed that their most common complaint arises when the client doesn't want to pay the fee but instead wants to barter with the company. Additionally, the nature of the questions that Resolvly has to ask potential clients get into the reason behind their spending habits. This can make some people uncomfortable. In order to remedy, this there is a manager on staff who has been trained to deal with these situations.

Mr. Fishman is additionally utilized to defuse situations, "I always apologize and hope we don't offend anybody, but we have to get down to the nitty-gritty because we're going to be like family for a while."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Fishman expressed that the comments were falsely made by a disgruntled consultant. Resolvly has taken the appropriate legal action against this individual. In order to further assure future and current clients, Resolvly informs each potential client of their licenses number to further assure their credentials. Additionally, all of Resolvly's attorneys are Bar regulated. Mr. Fishman offered this final rebuttal, "anybody that knows Resolvly or National would not file a complaint. We're about as soft-hearted as people can get. We have done more pro bono work helping others than probably any company around. We spent more time on the phone with the elderly that don't have the Internet or don't know how this new world works to get them help...we're a great company."

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Fishman stated, "we have quality assurance meetings every morning at 10:00 am where all the team members get together. Then we do once a week training with everybody in house."

This file was place by a past angry consultant, sad as it is we have called everyone in the article and they are all very pleased with our service and company. The attorney that was mentioned never entered anything and was paid as per our agreement he also never wrote anything. Both of the e-mail were not from the client's and also form the wrong states as mentioned. Our company was very disturbed and the only thing we could do is feel sorry that they would have to go to those lengths to hurt others.

I was referred to K. Stuart Goldberg (allegedly) by a Florida lawyer referral service.  Resolvly sold me that they could eliminate my student loan debt by hiring attorney Goldberg.  They had me sign a legal contract with the attorney but then a company National Legal Staffing Support started taking money out of my bank account and not the attorney.


I contacted florida bar association and they told me that resolvly was not even registered with the florida bar as a lawyer reference service and that they have had several complaints about this telemarketing company.  the bar association told me to contact the attorney general and i did.


the attorney general also said that resolvly may be breaking the florida criminal law by sending legal contracts to attorneys without being with the florida bar association.  they said that they would be contacting me again.


To make matters worse my student loan is in default  my credit acore is destroyeed and sallie mae sent me a letter saying national legal staffing should not be taking money from me up front


watch out for this company they are not lawyers  when i called to complain an attorney jon did talk to me but he could not expain why Goldberg is not being paid.
