My company provided Cleaning Services To Rich Cosner Real Estate Office in Rancho Cucamonga/Prudential California Realty Rancho Cucamonga in 2016. They started following behind on their invoices (over 90 days late) and then on 02/17 our crew went to clean as schedule and the mayority of desks and furniture were gone. We asked their Real Estate Agents and they were also left in the dark. I contacted their CEO at the time and she told me that they had to close that office and asked to forward all pending invoices to the new company : Rich Cosner & Associates Riverside. She assured me that those invoices will be paid. Immediately after closing the Rancho Cucamonga office, Rich Cosner opened two new offices in Riverside and Yorba Linda under Rich Cosner & Associates.
I forwarded all pending invoices - total amount $1780.00 and waited patiently for 6 months. I left several voice messages, emails and facebook messages to both Rich Cosner and his CEO and didn't get any answers. Finally on 10/12 his CEO answered one of my emails stating that the company I was hoping to get paid from no longer exists and there is nothing she can do about it.
I wrote many emails to Rich Cosner expressing my fustration and hoping he will turn around and paid those invoices or make arrangements. Never heard from him.
We are a small cleaning company and our prices reflect mostly labor costs. We understand unfortunate things happen but If Rich Cosner was going to close the office and couldn't afford cleaning services or other services, then he shoulded done the cleaning himself and not expect somebody else to pay for his mistakes.
With two new Real Estate Broker offices he can obvioulsy afford it, he just decided not to pay because he thinks he can get away with it.

My name is Rocio Watts and I'm the owner of Beyond Cleaning Services and I'm writing this as a resolution to the initial report.
A rip off report was file on my behalf by a collections agency for an unpaid invoice with Rich Cosner of Cosner and Associates in the amount of $1700 for cleaning services on one his Real Estate Offices in Rancho Cucamonga.
Several emails were send to his office/manager without resolution and that was the reason the report was filed. I've never spoken personally or via email with Mr. Cosner acknowledging the unpaid amount or receive a negative to pay until Friday 13th 2018 when he reached out to me and explained that the company we billed was dissolved and apologized for the confusion and he didn't know of the unpaid balance.
As a business owner, I understand that things get mixed up and as we rely on our employees to fulfilled all our obligations that's not always the case, That's why I'm filing this update on this report
Mr. Rich Cosner has paid the invoice in full and I give testimony of Mr. Cosner integrity and I thank him for taking the time to resolve this issue.
