To date three victims of Richard B. Davis' have come forward.  I believe I am the fourth.  The Department of State in Pennsylvania has an open case on Richard, PLEASE contact them if you are a victim!  

He was involved with three other women at the same time he was involved with  me. All three were involved with his beagle pack, West Dublin Beagles.  One is still an employee at West Dublin Beagles.  All three women have similar stories, he told them that he was involved with a real estate transaction that his money was all tied up in and would pay them back as soon as he settled.  Others were sold items, others were promised 50%  rights and profit to his beagle puppies.  Two of the other women were from other states, one is from Chicago, I recently moved to Pennsylvania.  Everyone fit a similar profile.   

Yes, he told me that he was a doctor.  No, he did not tell me he was married with two children and living with his wife. 

Yes, he also told me that he had invested in Marjorie Passmore's home and that she owed him over 1 million dollars.  That he needed money until this came through, it would only be a while and he would pay me back.  So far he has never paid me back, I am still waiting. 

He gave me medical advice, psychiatric advice, any kind of advice he though he was an expert on he would give if the moment was right.  Including legal advice.  

Mr. Davis has a history of preying on women to help him with his beagle pack,  he has used this as a way to find his victims.  Women who are in the equine industry, foxhunting industry and/or canine industry.  Women who look up to him because of the position he holds with the Beagle Club, he uses them as free labor with his pack.  

Richard Davis is unstable and on Federal disability for severe mental problems, he is a dangerous person and preys on unsuspecting women.  

It is my hope that more women come forward to report what he has defrauded or ripped them off of.
