Warning!!  This company Rips Off both customers and employees!  Do not believe their BBB report.   Take it from multiple customers and a former employee.  

I worked for Ridgetop Exteriors/Roofing out of their Tampa, Florida location...but they have mulitple locations and are headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin.   I sold 3 large projects during the short time I was there and was never paid a dime.   All 3 customers have contacted me to share their HORROR stories with Ridgetop and the lack of response by the managers and owners.  

One customer was contracted to get windows and 1 door...it took over 4 months and the installation was horrible.  It was so bad, Ridgetop agreed to put new siding on their home...only after a lawsuit was threatened.  The overall project was horrible and the customer feels totally abused by Ridgetop Exteriors.

The next customer ordered 27 windows, doors and siding for their home.  The agreement was to have everything installed and completed by July 15th....today is Nov 17th and the job is still a botched mess!  They installed windows the wrong size...incorrect windows in almost every other opening.  They pulled a truck onto their pavers and smashed them!  Ridgetop delivered the siding and then left it in the customers front yard for 3 months!!  Ridgetop finally ran an ad on Craigslist to hire someone to install the siding!!!!  Yes...you heard that right...they ran an ad to hire someone to install the siding...my customer is beside themselves!!  Why pay Ridgetop to do this....they could have just ran an ad on Craigslist!   Ridgetop was supposed to have professional employees to do the work...They DON'T!!

DO NOT HIRE RIDGETOP>>>THEY WILL SEND OUT DAY LABOR PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR HOME!!

DO NOT WORK FOR RIDGETOP...THEY DO NOT PAY!  RIDGETOP EXTERIORS, RIDGETOP ROOFING AND LARRY GEBHART ARE PROFESSIONAL ALL RIGHT...CON ARTISTS!
