Originally purchased 14" Rigid bolt cutters at Home Depot. Managed to collapse handle on bolt cutters while cutting a padlock.

Attempted to return to Home Depot for replacement and was instructed to call Rigid directly. Upon contacting Rigid was refused compensation or replacement of product.
