 You are defending over charging of interest and criminal intent of this company to enslave the borrowers with their loans. Just because a person credit may be on the low side it don't give you the right to take them to the cleaners.

 If YOU would not have destroyed YOUR credit, then YOU could get a low APR loan from a bank. The FACT you are with a subprime lender is 100% YOUR FAULT! If YOU are THAT poor, then YOU shouldn’t be getting loans YOU can’t afford to repay!
