Mark Rogers (also known as Exotic Imports, R & K Financial Services) promised to provide funding (loan). This funding was not delivered and not delivered until now. He was not contacted and does not respond to phone calls. So he didn’t provide any product or service and don’t return $995.
We applied for financing with Penske Used Trucks.
This scammer after receiving my 995 dollars, he refused to implement agreed agreement with terms and conditions. He began to blackmail me, obviously offering worst conditions, forcing to pay in the end on 1022 dollars more. He refused provide funding on agreed terms as we agreed early. Of course, I refused to sign new agreement and pay more. As a result, he did not get in touch, and refuses to return my money.
All that is written above in previous review is the true. Just search on the Internet and google about this scammer.
He offered you nothing. He pretends that he is seeking financing for you. In fact, he only edits the word file with numbers and sending it to you, considering how much money he can steal from you. He is the liar and the thief. This scammer just stealing your money. Be careful.

This complaint is totally false. We got the customer fully approved and collected our processing fees as agreed. Customer then changed trucks and was fully approved for the new truck but needed more money down as the truck was more expensive. He agreed to that and then another change was made to request and he did not like the terms. At no time did we change any paperwork as customer alledges, We only submitted the new terms due to the change in trucks customer choose. He did not follow through with the approval and we kept our loan approval fees.
As a matter of fact all three approvals quoted and submitted to customer we at exactly the same rate and only difference was a larger down payment due to increase cost of the new unit customer chose.
