They claim to be a 3rd party cell phone insurance plan along with insuring other electronics, their selling point is "No Deposit" I filed a claim, which they approved after almost 2 weeks, at which time $200 was withdrawn from my account, without prior notice, as indicated per their website, should they feel a deposit necessary. After repeated attempts by me to find out for what reason they took $200, it was eventually confirmed after 2 werks, to be a deposit, which they then refunded, saying reason they felt deposit necessary was due to their incorrect assumption of my home address, which I had, upon enrollment, informed them that home & billing addresses were in 2 different states. On date of being refunded my deposit, I also received a text message advising me to cancellation of my account with them. I attempted in all possible ways available to me, to find out for what reason, as I was still waiting for them to fulfill my claim and also because it states on their website, that shoukd this occur, they will immediately notify you as to why. I still have not been notified as to why. They eventually responded to 1 of my efforts to find out status of my claim, by informing me that they were waiting on me to open an email they had sent to me and agree to their terms. I advised them that I have not received any such email, which their CEO, Tre, confirmed to me, had for whatever reason, not been sent out. He told me he would send it out at that time. I never received it. I again tried numerous times, in numerous ways to inform them that I was still waiting on their email, so that I could agree to their terms. They never sent it. Eventually, I was informed that my claim had been denied as I still had not agreed to their terms! (Who saw that coming?) Then, after almost 2 months after they had terminated my account with them, they then withdrew $500 from my bank account! No notice was given, there was no balance due. When I finally received an answer as to why, they said I had violated their "defamation clause". They never sent any type of contract which needed to be agreed to and signed. They never sent me any info regarding their terms, until they "updated" them after I had already enrolled with them. (I got an email with them denying ever receiving any emails from me, then I got an email from them saying, "we have received your numerous emails..." which is an example of way they double talk & contradict themselves regularly.) They told me they would send me information as to how defamation clause was violated in 7-10 days. They have still not sent it. After reviewing them, then reading other reviews, it's obvious that they do this same thing to people on a regular basis, as there are many complaints on review sites describing similar situations, which RMG denies, blaming client for not agreeing to their terms as reason for denial of their claim. Now I know why claimant never agreed to terms. Because they don't send the email, using it as an excuse to not fulfill claim, ignoring every attempt to have them send the email. They appear to try to hush any negative reviews by trying to enforce a "defamation clause". They intrestingly enough did deny to me having such a clause to prevent people leaving bad reviews, although, how else would such a clause get violated? When I asked them that, they responded in a way that was confusing as to what they interpreted "defamation" to be as they didn't seem to think a 3rd party necessary to enforce such a clause, making refrence to me contacting them to let them know how upset I was with their service. This again seems to be another similar thing I have in common with others who have left reviews on other sites. Unauthorized access by RMGGROUP of bank accounts, after service with them has been terminated, appearing to be in retaliation of reviewing RMGGROUPS fraudulent business transactions by never attempting to provide information to claimants, which RMGGROUP claims as necessary in order for RMGGROUP to fulfill the claims they have approved. There is so much more, I have proof of everything stated, as I have all the emails, some phone calls recorded, some of the "chat" conversations saved. They operate in multiple states, stringing people along, using random excuses to withdraw more money from their accounts, yet never fulfilling any claims. They "charge" up to $500 should you dispute any withdrawal by them from your bank account, regardless of outcome of the dispute! So, you may get your $20 back, if they wrongly took it, but it'll cost $480! Please help all of us who have been wronged by this company!! At least help bring it to public attention by alerting others through news media!
