I was having a hard time financially. I was told I could refinance my car and could get up to $5,000.00. I called RoadLoans and they said yes all I had to was to download the application and I would definitely get $2,600.00. Well I did and my brother was here to help me. I have a 2009 Chrysler Sebring with only 15,000 miles on it at 9% interest rate and owed after Sep. 3 years I paid 10,000 down on in cash at that time financially I was okay. I sent all the paperwork they sent and they told me it would take about 11 days and then it would take 72 hours to get my check by Fedx overbite well I waited and called and they kept putting me off. Finally I called after waiting all week and it was Friday after Good Friday and told them I still had not received it they said if I did not receive it by Monday to call them back I said no find out where it is because I tod my bill collectors I would pay them as soon as I received my funds. They transferred me to funding and talked to a supervisor named Christine she said I did not apply and sign paperwork to get a refund on my car I told her look at paperwork and realistically see what kind of fool would just refinance their car from 9% to 20% for another 7 years with nothing in return. I told her why did they tell me I would have my fund 72 hours after the loan was done then she said she was saying it would take 72 hours for Ally to get their check, she said the girl that sent me the paperwork did not include a refund. I told her she needed to redo the loan and she said if I could get Ally Financial to send the check back they could refigure the loan, I did call the, and they said they could not because it had already been processed. I am 62 I have had a heartattack and a stroke while in surgery all of this was brought on from the death of my husband due to cancer. I have really been thru hell! I cried and threw up when she told me this. I had checks overdrawn and had to get a payday loan to get thru the month car payment is due tomorrow and I don't have it. I will call them and get it set up. This is a horrible thing for them to do something like this to me we call that Elder abuse here in Alabama. God Bless you if you can help me or someone else from being done this way.
