I had a free 30-minute coaching call with James from the company. He is very good at NLP and sales so I was hooked and signed up and paid to get coaching for six months.

I got a coach (Sandro) and we had seven sessions. I would say one of them was good. In most of the sessions the coach kept talking about himself, his holidays and so forth. I was having calls with James to check everything was ok and I reported I am not very happy with the amount Sandro keeps talking about himself. 

James showed up late for these calls with him and sometimes did not show up at all. Hes excuse one time was "Tony keeps us working so hard, Ive only spoken to my wife today for 20-minutes". Then we would often try to turn things around me and tell me I am negative and would never be happy etc. He is very good at sales/NLP/manipuation so this is just flat out wrong to try to make me feel bad for complaining about the service I was getting.

In teh end I asked for a refund. I was promised a refund if I wanted it at any point. 

Well, two months go by and I dont hear a beeb from anybody at the company. James was my point of contact but he would not return my calls or emails. I also made a complaint about James and was told that James is the person who is dealing with the complaint. I called the mainline and they have structured their company so that the person who picks up the phone will not put you through to anybody else. They will write an email and tell you that if management wants to get in touch with you they will. 

Two months later James gives me a call and tells me that a full refund is made. I got a partial refund and again James or anybody at the company refused to get back to me.

I flew to Tonys seminar in the US (bought before I signed up for the coaching). I met with customer service in person and they did something and I got the rest of the money back.

 All is all these people are self-serving, lying, conniving sales people with no ethics. They are highly manipulative and will try to make everything be your faults. This is terrible as it is vulnerable people who get into these programs to start with. If anything goes wrong, they will not get back to you.
