Rock solid or CSA finance Never reported my credit, sold me unreliable vehicle Mesa Arizona

 I have paid on a vehicle with them for two years and not one payment has been reported. Went into the dealership asking if they'd report it to my credit, as I was in desperate need for it to build my credit. I bought this vehicle and a week later had a blow out. I've had no electrical on the inside of my car since the second week of having it. My car only starts somedays and I've been stranded time and time again. Late to work and I've almost lost my job due to this vehicle. It took me three months to get anyone to call me back about fixing my vehicle and when they did they told me that there was nothing that could be done because they opened after I went to work and closed before I got off. They finally agreed to fix my AC after I told them I would take my car payment money and go to the next lot. There was a leak in one house and all they did was use a cheaper sealer spray and recharged it. They put a new battery in and said that would fix the car from not starting. Well surprise surprise two days later my car won't start. I try and reach out to them and they won't answer. So I replace the battery myself and it works for a few days again. They sold me the vehicle with bad shock and struts there is absolutely nothing left to them... My transmission is horrible, asked them to look at it they claimed I was lying about it. So then my 24,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty is now up and I'm stuck paying on this car I can't rely on. After almost two years I go to trade in this vehicle since I have a newborn and it's unsafe. Well little to my surprise the dealership can't even find any auto loan on my credit and nothing has ever been reported. The car is such a horrible vehicle they wouldn't even take it as a trade in... Any time I've tried to talk to CSA about the vehicle or the problems I have they tell me it's not their problem. They've threatened to sue me if the car is not in mint condition?!? I got the vehicle and the Windows where caked with cig smoke and dents... I'd never send anyone to this dealership and I will tell everyone to stay clear of this place. They claim to not be buy here pay here but they truly are. Every person on there will rip you off. In two years they've been under new management three times!
