Rocky Mountain Maine Coons aka Jarica Fairbanks Took deposit for kitten 27 months ago and now shut down website Idaho springs Colorado

After talking to Jarica for two months about a deposit I put one down on 4/11/21. She told me she couldn’t guarantee the time I would have to wait, but said it would most likely between 12 and 16 months. I checked in three separate times to ask where I was on the wait list and she would never answer me. She would just tell me about all the troubles in her life, and why it was taking longer. I emailed her in October 2022 and never received a response. A few weeks ago I sent a PayPal request to her for a refund of my deposit, because I did not believe she was entitled to it after 25 months with no update. She denied my request and either deleted her PayPal or blocked me and now her website no longer exists. I honestly thought she was a good honest person but now realize she just scammed multiple people out of their hard earned money
