Rogers Cable TV is a totally corrupt, dishonest and dysfunctional company that couldn't care less about its customers. You're totally wasting your time talking to their customer service reps or managers since neither have any authority, accountability or integrity anymore. Any payment arrangement deal you make with them or amount they credit to your account will always be rejected by their back office team later without any notice to you whatsoever. They've recently created all these fraudulent $50 account processing fees that they slap onto your account without reason or explanation. Even when you pay off your bill at the bank through direct funds transfer they'll come up with all kinds of phony excuses why they can't restore your services immediately. Their bank payment processing timeframes are so worthlessly slow and inefficient that you'll get far faster service mailing in a cheque. It's a total waste of time dealing with anyone there who doesn't work in the President's office.

The entire company needs to go out of business and be bought up by Time Warner Cable, Verizon or some other U.S. company.  The entire lame-brained Canadian clown cable TV industry is a totally corrupt waste of time protected from foreign and domestic competition by the country's Marxist media monopoly moron politicians and their bought and paid for do nothing lackeys at the CRTC and the Dept. of "Canadian" Heritage who hire French speakers only - no English speakers need apply.

Tell everyone you know to boycott Rogers as much as possible and boycott all events sponsored by Rogers until they either bring back their Scientific Atlanta cable boxes they've replaced with total cancer-causing garbage called "Ignite" or the entire company goes out of business.
