I have been contacted by Jonathan Marquis, onwer of the canadian company: Marquis Entrepreneur in Canada and in Dubai

Jonathan Marquis sent me photos of a painting by Pablo Picasso that belongs to the Centre Pompidou in Paris. He made me believe that the artwork has been bought by Jean-Claude Sénécal in Montréal, a partner of his as well as a good friend of Sébastien Cliche

I travelled all the way from France to Canada in order to acquire the painting.

Sébastien Cliche, CEO of ROI Land Investments came to the airport and drove me to my hotel. He then organised a meeting with Jean-Claude Sénécal, who is asking $ 22 Millions for the painting.

Sébastien Cliche assured me that Jean-Claude Sénécal is an honest person, and, that everything is kosher.

Well, the painting is a copy, and, all the other artworks that Cliche, Sénécal and Marquis are offering are fakes. It does not bother them to ask very high prices for those copies

They also use fake certificates of authenticity !

I filed a complaint against those crooks, and I also wanted that the clients of ROI Land Investments and Marquis Entrepeneur know with whom they are working!

Fraudulent comment

AUTHOR: Jonathan - (Canada)

POSTED: Saturday, May 07, 2022

Mr Mireille Fayence, went to montreal without any proof of funds that she can buy any painting. Mrs cliché pay her hotel at cristal. She never saw the painting because she couldn’t prove she have the funds and Mrs Senegal didn’t want to pay the security transport brinks and the viewing location fee as he was feeling a scam coming from Mr Mireille Fayence.

She also ask Mrs Senegal to give her 500,000$ in cash to authenticate the painting in France at Picasso fondation (which they find out it’s free to do so there, as it’s a fondation of the family). So mr Senegal refuse to give her 1$… And she went back to France angry that she didn’t succeed in her scam to get money to authenticate the painting and accuse Mrs Senegal that the painting was fake (but she never saw it)….

She also ask to refund her flight ticket but Mr cliche refused saying she was coming to montreal to scam Mrs Senegal. That’s what happen
