Phil Ceci owner is not a licensed plumbing contractor let alone a licensed plumber. I found this out the hard way when he tried to install a new sewer line inside of my house and in the front of my house.
I just don't want to see others get scammed by a contractor who is not licensed or insured luckily the damage was minimal and after I had a new plumbing company come and fix his mess I only had to have my carpet cleaned and a few sheets of drywall replaced.

I believe this is a Flodgin report by somebody trying to sabotage my company. I have never done a dig for a guy name Tim in Plainfield. If you could please provide proof of the transaction or work performed. We had never received any reports or calls on this incident. If we would’ve received a call, we would’ve taken care of it right away at no cost to you. again I do not believe this report to be real at all. My company in the past four years has done zero digs inside of Plainfield. If you look on all platforms, we have almost all five star reviews. Again, if there is any proof, I would like to see it, and my company will be more than happy to help you out with this problem.
