Rooter Plus Rip off, liers, over charge, unprofessional Cumming, Georgia

I have never contacted a company before only to get some pricing and been treated this way. I called, I asked a few questions and scheduled an appointment. Well, they did show up later than they said, but they kept calling me over and and over again just to tell me that they are running late. Then the guy gets there and begins to do his work. He ends up having to call his boss about something price related. I didn't make a big deal about it because I'm smarter than that but I specifically heard his boss tell him to get what he can and get outta there cause they had somewhere else to send him. Wow...that's piitful. The actual driver was very nice but the ones running the office obviously lacked common sense. That's ok. Just beware. I hate it for them, because this sorta thing always comes back around. Not everyone is stupid. Sorry guys.
