Rosatis Pizza Incorrporated Incomplete meal. Warenville Illinois

I ordered a 1/2 lb. of Boneless Chicken Wings with Honey Barbeque Sause. When I got home miles away, I discovered that the Boneless Chicken Wings were bone dry... there was no sauce. I immediately drove back and explained to the cashier that the Wings were bone dry. She lied right to my face and told me that there was sauce. I picked one up... held it... and put it back down right in front of here and showed her my fingers which had no sauce on them... not even a little. I asked for my money back and she became combative... I asked to see the manager and she refused. She finally she gave me my money back. Oddly the customet standing next to me, said give her a break. She was standing there when I first ordered the Wings. She was standing there when I received my Wings 15 minutes later. She was still standing there when I returned 30 minutes later.

This is a real simple meal which leads one to consider how could a simple meal like this get screwed up so easily. The time was 1:30 and besides the other woman, I was the only customer. There was no rush by the staff.

Their pizzas are high priced. A 12 inch pizza costs over $12. I took one and cut it into 12 pieces and a slice of pizza, from the point to the bottom, was only an inch wide at the bottom of the slice.

On another occassion I ordered 2 Extra Large Pizzas which were supposed to come with 2 medium cheese pizzas and I only received one cheese pizza. The cashier there also became combative and said only one free cheese pizza per order, when it stated right on the receipt one free medium cheese pizza for every Extra Large Pizza.

I'm done with Rosati's. Combative, argumentative ignorant people, They are a vexation to be avoided. There are enough problems in the world without having to deal with these people. Why have a headache when you don't have to.
