Rosedale Transport Chris Kennsey, Tammy or Renee in Operations. Fired me at 1 week before Christmas dalton ga

   Alot of things lead up to this point.  I fought for 2 weeks to get paid as an owner operator.  If you know anything you know starting out as an owner op is tough.  Well this was hell.

     Piss poor dispatching, alot of times I was surprised he even got the city an state correct.  I guess Chris was so biased he guessed everyone already knew everything.  They would send me out for a load with no pickup number consecutively.  Wrong location wrong name I couldnt even google the place an find it half the time.  Alot of the locations where no where to be found it was so sad he literally gave me another drivers number to find the place after telling him where i was.  That was just part of this horrible place.  The yard is a joke its all dirt but they will wash your truck on the dirt lot for 20$  lol the point?  The only good thing about this place is The safety guy an HR lady.  However the worst is Renee, she is the operations lady who loves the word Court.  I was threatned an quickly annoyed with her and Tammy.  They wanted me to run my truck so hard, no care for oil changes etc when given a 2 day notice.  Sorry rosedale I paid alot of money for my truck i know you dont care but i do.  Renee made the decision to cancel my contract 1 week before Christmas leaving me an my family stuck 500 miles from home in a hotel broke down.  No heart is the only words I can think of.  If you decide to join this heartless company I pray for you.  As a new owner operator this almost broke me.  Luckily I have found a smaller family oreinted company that actually does care.  Hope this sheds light to people.  This place has such a high turn over its unreal.  My first month there was already 2 people in the office gone.  They take your check an not even a phone call why.  Two weeks in a row i had fight for it i should had fired their a*s!  Merry Christmas assholes.
