 I tried to use this site to get my passport fast because my wife and I wanted to go on our first year anniversary and we paid $190 up front for their service two have them Rush my passport after all the confusing paperwork and the additional money that I spent getting the photos and paying for this and that as well as a money order for $170 it turned out to be a fraud. I was in a accident and I broke my ankle and I called them to ask for a refund for the initial hundred $190 which they charge for their service. I did however get my money order back. After calling them I was directed to customer service which they told me they would send me a application online for refund and they never did now when I call that put me on hold and do not respond.
