This scumbag is current held in jail.  I used vinelink.com,   select Oklahoma  and the Enter   last Name = Summit. First name = Shawn.   He also has an alias of Rusty Summit.  Many of the other inmate search engines were ineffective at showing any records for him.

Does anyone know what the sentence turned out to be.  I saw some language that lead me to believe it was 10 Years  with Time Served.  I will be outraged if I find out he somehow escaped significant Jail Time.  Links to websites would be most appreciated.Thanks

I ended up homeless thanks to this scumbag. I lost my family and career. I hope he dies in Jail.

 We have filed a complaint with the Oklahoma State Attorney Generals Office in August 2016, others have done so as well. He is being investigated by our County Sheriffs Department ( Stephens County Oklahoma) as well as Bryan County Oklahoma. Also in Wichita County in Texas, plus other Texas Counties. The OSBI has been contacted in Oklahoma, and possibly the Texas Rangers. Mr Summit AND Mrs Summit are going to jail, one way or another. Also, we just received Chapter 7 Bankruputcy papers yesterday, as did others, from this scumbag. We have been assured by investigators that this will not keep them out of jail. Please post the source and  contact information where you have identified others who have been scammed so there is an opportunity to both file on new complaints as well as jointly pursue both civil and criminal charged.

Also, please file with the state attorney general in both OK, KS and TX.

If you know of this crooks residence and those of his associate, or any other information that is relevant, post that information as well so we can all benefit from it.

Continue to post in other online fraud, ripoff and review sites to publicize this crooks name abundantly so that others who do searches will definitely locate such information.  Others may help by posting his vehicle make/model/license, image, aliases etc.
