Need to let accounting software users in america know that my original complaint about charging a fee for basic set up information in peachtree accounting has not gone away. I want to let people know that, even as time goes by, my original complaint still stands. when information about placing the decimal point in an accounting program is not found, and the company, sage software, wants fifty dollars for a minimum help package - as written to me by the webmaster for sage software's website - that is just wrong. Don't know if the fifty dollar help package would include how to place decimal point because I won't pay that much money for such basic information which should be included in install of program. I am sad for people who are saddled with "having" to deal with this problem and want the rest of the world to know that my original complaint has not gone away. I am just glad I no longer have to use the program and will not recommend it in the future. Thank you in advance for reading my complaint. David
