I'm including Ally Bank in this complaint because I feel they're working together to charge higher interest rates.
Sagestream gave both my wife and me low 600 credit scores while we're BOTH over 800 each. Sagestream reported: Too many deliquent accounts, Number of inquires (with Ally being one) Limited credit history (we're in our mid to upper 60's), Number of accounts with delinquency, Inquiries adversely affect score. Other reports show NONE of these errors.
Ally refused to give us the loan at the agreed rate BUT offered the loan AT A HIGHER INTEREST RATE! The only reason we chose to finance the car was to maintain our credit rating. We OWN everything and OWE nothing. This dirty duo should be investigated and have a class action suit filed against them.
Rather than give Ally 1 cent, we're paying off the dealer in full like we should have done in the first place. Don't deal with ANYONE using Sagestream LLC.
