With all due respect, I sincerely believe that this report was written by the client prematurely, without taking into consideration all the time and effort invested by me and our customer care team here at SalesAgentUSA.com.

Our company, EMBEEM Incorporated, established in 2004 and based in Edison, NJ, has helped thousands of clients around the world to expand by finding sales agents and distributors all across the globe. We put our premium clients in touch with qualified and interested sales agents. We work hard to understand our clients' requirements, and in turn pre-screening through hundreds of relevant sales agents, in order to find the ones who are qualified and interested. We perform an e-mail campaign as well as a phone campaign in order to find sales agents who are interested in the client's product/opportunity. 

However, we make it very clear to the client beforehand (in Terms and Conditions) that we cannot guarantee that they will end up appointing the sales agent(s). It is virtually impossible to guarantee this. Whether the client and the sales agent(s) end up working together depends on a number of variables beyond our control such as the client's product, pricing, commission structure, terms, etc.

Our job as a company is to refer the client to as many qualified and interested sales agents as possible, and to make the introduction. In this case, through the efforts of our customer care team, we had found at least 6-8 pre-screened sales agents who were qualified and had expressed interest in working with Breathslim. After we make the referral and the introduction, it is beyond our control, due to the factors/variables listed above, to ensure that the client appoints the sales agent(s).

When Breathslim complained to us that the sales agents are not accepting their terms and pricing, we even went above and beyond the agreed plan and gave them a free 90 day banner advertisement on our website (actual price $499). This banner ad remained active on our homepage for all of 90 days. With all of our promotion efforts, Breathslim's profile has had over 288 hits over the course of three months. But as stated above, in the end, whether the sales agent decides to work with them will depend on the client's product, pricing, terms, and many other factors.

It is not fair that Breathslim is accusing our company of being a "scam" after all the work that we have done for them, just because they were not able to actually appoint the numerous qualified and interested sales reps that we referred to them. I am ready to provide any evidence necessary to prove that the claims of Breathslim below are baseless and premature.

We were contacted by a company name Sales Agent USA back in November. He called us multiple times a day and presented us a very promising service. He offered sales agents to help sell and market our products through his company. He was very persistent and we received communication from him (either by phone call or email) nearly daily. I have about 8 more that he sent me. Prior to paying them, this is the kind of communication we would receive. Timely email and phone call responses, professional tone, and proper business etiquette. He not only promised to boost our sales, he promised a 30 day return policy if we did not like their product. Later we realized this was completely untrue. There is no return policy and they use PayPal for payments. They require full payment upfront and follow through on nothing.  Now comes the fun part. We paid them $500.00. According to Them, we had a free upgrade to their so called "premium services" for 90 days "at the 30 day price". In addition we were supposed to see OUR banner on their site advertising our company--free of charge. It took them about 6 weeks to FINALLY muster their "design team" to get our banner uploaded. We even offered to send them premade banners. And how long did it stay up? About a week, then they took it down and forgot about it.  Banner aside, I was just trying to see if this company would bring anything relevant to our company. Of course, in their biggest industry, they couldn't produce even half a lead. NOTHING. They didn't even bring us interested parties. They didn't bring us any relevant sales people. Only one person called, and he wanted a salary position in our company PLUS commission. Of course, we need to spend more money to get some results.  They claimed to have his coworker Vruta Patel email individuals, but all she did was send out mass spams to people on a mailing list. This is what we paid money for? Spam!? Needless to say, nobody checks that and nobody even lifted a finger.  Ok so you get it, this is a scam pure and simple. Where do we stand now? I called them out on their scam operation and they offered to give me an additional 60 days of "Service" to compensate for our loss. They would not give us money back. So, I called again and I can't even get They on the phone. I called daily then weekly then just stopped--after seeing this is worthless. After paying them, They  suddenly is expanding the company and always in meetings or not in the office. Remember, though, he was willing to respond to emails after hours prior to payment. Now, he won't even return a phone call.  All in all, this was a terrible experience. We would have been better off giving our money to a homeless shelter--at least that way we would be able to do something altruistic with it instead of giving it to scammers.  Finally, the people in the company seem like they are all doing drugs. Nobody has a clue what is going on. I spoke with nearly everybody and they still have no clue who we are as a company and all they can do is interrupt his "meetings" to "call us later". They have terrible communication and terrible customer service. They don't care about their company, your company or any company. They are just greedy, unorganized parasites who just want to take your money.  They didn't follow through on a single promise listed in their services or packages. Their "registration plan" is complete BS and doesn't actually have any substance. By the way, they do have sales agents--but these people are poorly qualified individuals whom mostly work for salary. SO unless you want to spend even more money hiring unemployed, burnt out contractors then SalesAgentUSA is for you! Their featured profile does nothing. You will not receive "unlimited prescreened reps". You will not become an international company. This is a waste of money!  I have no idea how this company stays legal, but they do a good job presenting themselves as legitimate. We have been with them since November and haven't gotten any results  If you are a new business that is looking for innovative ways to sell your new products, stay away from Sales Agent USA. They are preying on small businesses who need more sales. They will talk your ear off and promise you millions of dollars on a silver platter. Not to mention, he will also tell you that your product is the most unique and greatest since sliced bread. An easy sale for his company and massive team of sales agents. He will tell you anything you want to hear to suck you into his scam operation.
