Saltxo Handcrafted skincare saltxo.com salt.xo llc This company's customer service is atrocious. My items were returned to them by USPS and I was told if I wanted them re-shipped I would need to pay more shipping fees

I placed an online order back in October 2019. My items were shipped out via USPS aa few weeks after. When I checked my tracking it showed items were delivered while I was away. I came home to find USPS was holding my mail, becuase my mail box is too small.
I contacted the online company's customer service. A few weeks later I received an email letting me know the items were indeed sent back to their warehouse and I would have to pay them additonal shipping fees, becuase they said my address was insufficient.
Which was a lie, my address was correct. I felt completely ripped off. I have no soaps and this company offers no refunds. Buyers be aware
