Hi there this is to all to share about the worst experience with a auto salvage bidding website called Salvageworld.netI found a nice motorcycle i wanted to purchase so created an account on salvageworld.net's website
On October 22, 2013 I wire transfered $500.00 for a deposit to be able to purchase vehicles off of there website to the company salvageworld.net aka GSA Auctions LLC. The wire transfer did not clear in time and i missed the vehicle i wanted to purchase. In there agreement terms with refunds i waited 60 days from the day of me funding my account so i would not have the $50.00 early termination fee taken out and would recieve the full deposit refunded to me in full. They state in there terms that checks will be issued for wire refunds and can take up to 5 days.
On December 23, 2013 is the day i requested a refund for my deposit . I have called them on the phone and they can not tell me when i am going to be able to recieve this refund. They cant give me anyone's direct line that handles refunds, or could they transfer me to a supervisor. They are the worst company ever and just give you the run around after they have your money! BEWARE !!! Don't use salvageworld.net
