my mother and I have been a customer with sands chevrolete for over 5years, and over the years we've noticed the disatifaction we've both had and misleading people who they have serving their customers. i recently baught a new 2015 chevy malibu from the glendale location last yr december 2014, and sence then ive had little issue with the gas cap, and gas usage. Then this past month ive has multiple issues with the car tuning off and dead battery, the first time it was a sunday so I called on star who came to jump the car, found it kind of weird that the car would lose battery votage that quick, but i i continued with our day. 2 weeks later the car dies on us again while parked at parking lot, we called sands glendale but again they were closed and we had to call on star again to get it jumped, i then went to auto zone to get battery checked they told be it had 20% voltage? why is this car losing so much power when it not running? so i take it to glendale sands and Michael serivce guy tells me the battery is checking out 100% not sure why its dying out and the diagnosis is checking out fine too. so i leave still unsure they really checked the car, later that week my wife was on the I10 freeway in 5pm traffic and they car just shuts off on her, she was tranded for several hours until someone from ON star again came to help. i called sand glendale again they wanted the car back in asap. So car gets there by 8pm so they called the next morning about 8am stating they couldn't find nothing wrong with the car, i refused to get the car back until they did a full test i then went to the dealership, to get there and find out they havn't found anything. he then proceeds to tell me that they will put me ina  loaner until they figure everything out,in which i have done before, however, not giving me a heads up that they have changed their policy and your car insurence must transfere over, now the insurece i have is full coverage but didn't know i didn't have that coverage... so leaving me to find a ride to work at 10am when i go to work at 11am. i was so upset so i just walked out, then here comes Michael laughing it up as if it's funny that you can't find anything wrong with this situatiion, he begins with o well we found that "we didn't connect the ground power correctly back together" so thats why i was losing power this whole time and your telling me that your systems didn't pick that up? so then he tells me run it for 150 miles and bring it back. so the following week i take the car back to get checked and a oil change, everything checked out perfect as usual from michael, and then he states i needS an alighnment, however i had just got one in january when my advisory was Joe, but they dont check their systems obviously. so then he confusingly states he will double check and they will cover it if needed. 35min. later he comes back states they were taking care of the alighnment themsleves, for whatever reason if it was really being done. then he comes back stating everything tested 100% and was good to go. i proceed to leave and just down the road about 2 to 3 miles my car shuts compeltey off again, i call the dealership they states bring it back ha im like yea as soon as it starts up.... car starts up michaels comes out whats going on it was perfect when it left i step out and stated for him to try himslef, car hesistated to start he then looks confused and tried to restart the car again nothing! car is completly dead. my mother happen to be there so asked to speak to the mgrs. and questioned why is this a consatant issue? he had nothing to say besieds they coulndnt find nothing wrong at the time. i left the car over the weekend which was easter so it didn't get looked at until monday, for them to call me and states they couldn't find anything but contacted gm for help. they then tell me the voltage is low, auxillary cord burt, back battery bad, fuze box had issues, so i asked why why wasn't this coming up in your diagnositics no answer besides we fixed it and replaced your battery. ha like am i suppose to feel better hoping that you guys fixed everything, i am so unhappy with this whole company its krazy.

    so then i have a sales rep conatct me i explain to them the situatiion they insisted they could help me out and get me out the car, so i went down and started the process of the trade in. hoever he wanted me to open a seperate loan and try a lemon law on the malibu hoping it fgoes through haha i was so confued i left to eork he told me that the loan woth the traed would be 540m, and to call him with what i deside. my mother headed over started process of trade to find out he had a different plan with the sepreate load why? i showed up unexpectedly and he was trying to blame my mother for the problem, mother them stated we will not go any further until everyhig is clear and i stated nothing would be signed any further. he then left to see abou the traded deal, we waitied almost 30 -45 min for him to come back and say no one would buy my car i owe too much. so why was i mislead? why was my mother being mislead too? we are so disgusted with the service in total with sands glendale and never want to return.
