Sandy Robertson Cost me thousands of dollars and wasted my time. Tampa FL

Sandy Robertson and all the way down including Robert Turner, Jusitn Webb, and Dina raybul completley lied and strung me along for the loan I was applying for with them.  First I want to say I was approved 100% with another company!   I went to Bank of America becuae I was told they had better rates which they did when I called.

For almost 2 months I was trying to get my commitment letter and was emailed everything is good.  I have emails from Robert turner stating everything is good.  I had a .2% DTI that was over their guideline , but he assured me "everything is fine this happens every day we will be able to get the excpetion .  Give me 24-48 hours"  Then the call came 4 hours later that I was not being approved from a guidline that they were aware of the first day when I started the proccess but was never told.

I escalted this all the way up the chain to Sandy Robertson who would not help me.  Lied to me that they just found out about this which they didnt.  I have emails from BofA stating they new about this and was trying to get an excpetion, but yet they never told me and kept emailing everything was good.

While trying to speak to Sandy he kept repeating himself , denied, denied.  everytime I said something he cut me off like a child and said denied.  I have never delt with such rude people in my life.  If you are thinking of doing any business with these people or even on a personal letter I would stay far away.  They are the most disrespectful people I have ever come across.
