Sandy Usselman Worst business partner, withheld my profit shares and didn't pay me for 10 months Red Deer Alberta

I sold 75% of my businesses to Sandy Usselman in 2013. In two short years she magaed to have 10 out of 11 staff quit over unethical and unlawful behavior. Our skin Care Company quit working with her after 10 years and she closed Body Treats Medi Spa closed after having two of my highest grossing years in 11 years. I had negoatiated a deal with the Laser company and received $429,000 of free demo laser to ad to the Institute to use for demo purposes if interested buys came. Heading into year three we all found out she was spending nothing on advertising, she had refused to settle a dispute with the webmaster and all the prices in the spa had gone up at least three times. The Medi Aesthetics Institute of Canada 2013 was our main company the spa ran under. All students of the full program fall 2015 class requested refunds due to poor training and overall dislike about the way the school was being run.

Clients quit coming, the school registration was lower than it had ever been since the doors opened. Sandy took a meeting with me and refused to listen to any of my or staff requests. No one could figure out where the company money was going and she flat out refused to show me any of the books. She said she didn't have to per our agreement. I told her I was unaware that was in the contract, but if she had nothing to hide what was the problem to show them to me?

All the staff received $3 dollar an hour pay cuts when they started and I was not paid my wages for 10 months I never agreed to. She told me the money was going to renovations when I started demanding my pay she finally agreed to pay me 10 months after she started. I worked as many as 7 days per week when she started and never received a wage. 

The company now has one student lawsuit that was filed and a second from Sandy Usselman abandoning our lease Dec 31/15 with 10 months owing. She took off with everything including stealing the building owners cameras and the laser reps Velashape applicators. As well as one of the staffs massage beds. I only found she was moving as coincidence would have it someone that sued Sandy and Randy Usselman a number of years early drove by the Spa/Institute location and recognized Sandy and saw all the moving vans. She assumed correctly that it was not on the up and up and tracked me down to let me know my business partner was moving without my knowledge. 

Sandy then had our 1 staff left tell the students not to come back until 2 weeks past there back to school date and withheld from them where they were supposed to even show up for school. She was going to have a sale and sell equipment and she didn't want me her share hold to know about the sale. 

Sandy operated the school for 5 months with an unqualified instructor and this is what led to a clients burnt face after a peel and all students requesting refunds. 

I her partner have been receiving threatening text messages to pay for her to get her website back from the webmaster who says she didn't pay him. My children were threatened and two of my close friends were also sent blackmail text to try to force my hand. Sandy's husband Randy Usselman text my husband stating "they were millionaires and we shouldnt mess with them". He also called me a bunch of sick names and told my husband in text message he had proof I was cheating on him.

The point of all this I am guessing has something to do with the three offers I have had to purchase my shares for a dollar.

Sadly I have found out that I am in a long list of people that have been abused financially and emtionally. I want to help anyone else avoid such a messy draining situation. Beware...
