Can you say Pyramid Scheme?  Let me just say that this company is full of promises promises promises...and empty promises at that.  They lure you in for a job interview under the false pretenses of the prospective position as Office Manager.  What a joke!

When you get there the first interview is 3 minutes long.  They tell you to call them back and then they hire you and make a point to tell you that they turned down a lot of other applicants to hire you.  Then they ask you to come back for the next day for a final interview.  When you arrive on Friday for the final interview, you are shown to a room where there are anywhere from 5 to 15 other applicants awaiting the final interview.  Next, someone comes in and starts to talk big and fast to get you excited and motivated.  They go on to discuss that they are a wholesale fragrance company and they are going to train you to be one of their office managers.  They continue to explain that you are garunteed $200 - $500 per week while you are there for training.

Let me tell you...you won't see that money!  You will be lucky to get $20.  They tell you that in order to learn to run your office and your "distributors" you have to learn to sell product yourself and once you get good at that then you will be promoted to the next level of training.  Well, if you don't sell anything...you not only don't get promoted, but you also will not make any money!

They have you go out on a Wednesday, your third day of training and try to sell product.  This consists of hustling and harassing anyone and everyone you come across.  This means people in parking lots at places like Big Lots, Dollar General, Fast Food places, Gas Stations, etc...even harassing people at the gas pump while they're trying to get gas and be left alone.  What a Crock!

The real kicker is that if you do open an office, you will be the manager of people you are sending out everyday to go hustle out on the streets just like you.

No thanks.  I think I would rather find a REAL job...preferably, one that actually pays me!

Everything with these companies are very scripted!  Be warned.

The main company is Scentura Creations, but once someone opens their own office...I mean, if they open their own office...then they pick a name for their office...this is very cleverly designed so that locals won't get too keen to the scam, because the company name is always changing.   The ones I know of in the St. Louis Area are:

Encore,   in Earth City

American Advantage,  on Gravois

And Pheonix Enterprises...not sure where they're located. Some of the main names of those involved are April Greenwood, Khrystal, Richard and Justin
